01 General Terms

Bajaee is an international online betting platform serving bettors from around the world. Full support in Bengali is available specifically for users in Bangladesh.

To use Bajaee's services, you must comply with the following basic requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where online betting is strictly prohibited.
• You are opening this account in your own name and for your own use, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you may not use the Bajaee platform.

02 Account Registration

Opening an account with Bajaee is completely free. Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory. If an account is created using false or fabricated details, Bajaee reserves the right to close that account at any time.

• Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth when registering.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for verification.
• Keep your account password private and update it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Bajaee Support immediately.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, identity verification may be required before withdrawals. This is done to protect members, and all information is kept strictly confidential.

03 Betting Rules

Every member must have a clear understanding of the betting rules before placing bets on Bajaee. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each bet and may vary by market.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting — always check the odds again before confirming your bet.
• If abnormal odds appear due to a technical error, Bajaee reserves the right to cancel the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded. However, if the match concludes under specific rules, the result will stand.
• In disputes relating to scores or results, Bajaee's decision is final.
• If aggressive or dishonest betting patterns are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Bajaee's betting system is fair and transparent. We strictly prohibit any involvement in match manipulation or fixing, and any such suspicion will be reported to the relevant authorities.

04 Financial Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals on Bajaee are secure and fast. All major payment methods in Bangladesh are supported, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500; the maximum limit varies by payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes, though verification may take additional time.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Any transaction suspected of money laundering or illegal activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

Bajaee will never ask for your bank or mobile banking details without a prior request. If anyone asks for this information, report it to Support immediately.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at Bajaee are subject to specific terms. Please read the conditions of each offer carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus generally applies per deposit, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent or manipulative means will result in account termination.

06 Responsible Betting

• You can set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• You can temporarily close your account for a set period using the self-exclusion option.
• Activating a cooling-off period will temporarily restrict you from placing bets.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Bajaee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

09 Dispute Resolution

• If an issue cannot be resolved directly, it will be escalated to the senior review team.
• In disputes regarding bet outcomes, the admin's decision is final.
• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the result being confirmed.
• Applicable law and jurisdiction will be established for any legal disputes.

10 Right to Amend Terms

Bajaee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified by email or platform notification before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
